沙钢高端线材全流程质量管控系统顺利通过验收
北京科技大学钢铁共性技术协同创新中心智能制造团队承担的“沙钢高端线材全流程质量管控系统”于近日通过沙钢的全面验收考核。
高端线材产品因其严苛的表面质量和内在性能等要求,需要从冶炼、连铸、轧制和冷却全流程进行质量管控,亟需打通流程间的信息壁垒,改变传统的以炉组织生产到以流支组织生产的模式。因此,北京科技大学钢铁共性技术协同创新中心智能制造团队研发了高端线材全流程质量管控系统,实现了全工序全层级数据的采集存储、生产过程监控、工艺质量追溯、过程评价、力学性能与金相组织预测、质量评级、数据分析与展示和系统管理等八大功能,并进行了离线的质量诊断和过程优化分析。
沙钢的总工办、信息中心、特钢车间、开坯修磨、轧钢车间、质检处和沙钢研究院等使用单位一致认为,“高端线材全流程质量管控系统”的运行,实现了高端线材产品质量的管控闭环,为沙钢高线产品质量的持续改善提供了技术支撑,有效地减少了质量异议,取得良好经济效益,有望在其他产线上进行推广应用。

High-end steel wire products need quality control from the whole process including smelting, continuous casting, rolling and cooling, due to their strict surface quality and internal performance requirements. Therefore, it is urgent to break through the information barrier between processes and change the pattern of organizing production from furnace to flow and branch. The high-end steel wire whole-process quality management system is built to realize the management functions including material tracking, process monitoring, quality traceability, quality rating, quality diagnosis and process optimization.
Shagang's chief engineer's office, information center, special steel workshop, billet grinding, rolling workshop, quality inspection department, Shagang Research Institute and other users agreed that the operation of the " the whole-process quality management system of Shagang high-end wire " has realized the closed-loop control of high-end wire product quality, provided technical support for the continuous improvement of Shagang's high-speed wire product quality, and effectively reduced quality objections, It has achieved good economic benefits and is expected to be applied in other production lines.
